My partner did most of the inspections and research and I did most of the negotiation. Blair seemed to me like a straight up guy who readily gave honest answers and even provided a realistic indication of what would realistically have a good chance of buying the property, while still keeping his vendor's best interests in mind. In the end we were able to very quickly make a mutually satisfying deal. He helped make a very stressful process relatively stress free.

Alex knew the market in depth. He took me through a refurbishment and styling project seamlessly, and the apartment presented in an amazing condition on day 1. It sold on day 2 at a price everyone was happy with. Best agent in the area in my opinion, and I know a few !

James kept true to his promise and didn’t palm me off to anyone in his team-he was active and at all inspections, calling me straight after they were finished to let me know how they went. If he couldn’t get through, he would leave me a detailed message that didn’t leave me with anxiety for the remainder of the weekend. The rest of his team were also of the same standard. If you’re looking to sell and you want an agent who is proactive, personal, guides and listens to you, then James and his team would be great.

I was extremely impressed with Ted Pye throughout the entire process along with Pippa & Belle behind the scenes, who handled all the nuts and bolts. I have bought and sold many properties throughout my life and the Belle Property team is up there with the best! I didn't have all that much to do with Alexander, and only met him maybe 2 times briefly. However, he presented very well, was knowledgable with questions I asked regarding to the building, and regarding sale questions represented Belle Property very well. There was no negotiating in our sale, however we purchased the apartment using buyers agents before it went to market, with Alexander's assistance.
