Blair was highly communicative throughout the viewing, negotiating and buying process. He was incredibly informed on the property, and seemed to genuinely want to find the best solution for both me and the seller. He was very friendly and open about what was happening behind the scenes, which I found refreshing after dealing with agents who were more guarded and secretive.
