He had extremely good knowledge of the market and gave very practical advice without going into needless detail which would have overwhelmed me. I was worried about my very old furniture putting people off the home, and he said, we're not selling your furniture, we're selling your home! Communication was very open and he was always available to answer my questions.

James is very reassuring with the agony of getting ready for sale and very smart about when and how to market my property. His timing of my open home and how he conducted it was professional and effective. We sold to the first customer and his advice at that point was very good.

James not only provided great service in assisting with the usual open homes and internet marketing, he also assisted in reducing the stress of the move. As we moved interstate prior to the first home open we were concerned that we would not be around to ensure that the property was looking at its best but James ensured that everything was taken care of and all the tradespeople he recommended were fantastic. We could not have asked for better communication from an agent with James keeping us informed every step of the way. In short James was extremely professional with a good knowledge of the market and great integrity.

James has recently been the Agent employed to sell my home. I could not be more impressed or satisfied with the Professional service provided by James. He demonstrates a high level of accuracy in terms of knowledge of the current market as well as effective strategies applied throughout the dynamic processes involved in selling a house. He is very efficient at each step.
