He had extremely good knowledge of the market and gave very practical advice without going into needless detail which would have overwhelmed me. I was worried about my very old furniture putting people off the home, and he said, we're not selling your furniture, we're selling your home! James not only provided great service in assisting with the usual open homes and internet marketing, he also assisted in reducing the stress of the move. As we moved interstate prior to the first home open we were concerned that we would not be around to ensure that the property was looking at its best but James ensured that everything was taken care of and all the tradespeople he recommended were fantastic.
