Kody was outstanding throughout the entire sale of my property in Mount Low. His professionalism was evident from day one, and his communication was consistently clear, timely, and proactive. What really stood out was how smoothly he handled every issue that arose. Nothing was ever too hard, and he always came back with solutions rather than problems. As a seller, that level of care and competence made the whole process far less stressful. Kody represented the property exceptionally well, kept me fully informed at every stage, and ensured the sale progressed without unnecessary delays. I felt confident and supported from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Kody to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely committed agent.

Wow! What can we say about Brett Lipscomb from Belle Property, Townsville. From the first call we knew we found the right person to sell our home. His professionalism, knowledge of the area and efficiency was critical to the sale of our home. Having built a very unique home for our retirement, it was going to be hard to find the right buyers. Brett was always keeping us up to date with all enquiries we received and was always available for any questions we had. Can't believe that in only 30 days the deal was done and now we are off on our new adventure. We can't thank Brett enough for working with our tight timeframe and a quick settlement to find a lovely couple to take on what was our forever home. A huge Thank You to Brett for making our dreams come true!
