Since the initial contact on our behalf to organise an appraisal of our home, it has been well over 18 months that we have been dealing with Kody Dart. His conduct, integrity and professionalism has been second to none. We recently listed our house for sale with Kody and between him and Teegan, the level of service we received was outstanding. Selling our investment property, which was also our PPR for many years previous, was quite daunting and overwhelming at times, given that we were not in the same town, along with some hurdles to overcome before the house was ready to list for sale. From the very beginning of the process of listing our house, we were reassured by both Kody and Teegan that they would do everything they could to make things as easy as they could for us. They certainly did this and more, going above and beyond to organise things that we couldn't given the distance and never making us feel as though we were burdening them with our questions. Their communication with us was outstanding at all points along the process. My husband, Daniel, and I cannot thank them enough for the care and work they put into not only selling our property, but achieving a fantastic result for us, and we absolutely would not hesitate to call on their services again in the future.
