We were able to contact him and he answered all our questions. Trying to pick an agent when you can't meet them is not easy. We met up with Kody when we signed the paper work for the sale. We signed on a Thursday morning and on Sunday after arriving back in Melbourne very late the night before we received a phone call to say we had an offer. The offer was our secret dream price. To say we were over the moon is an understatement. We have sold a few houses in our time and the service we received from Kody was fantastic.
