Kody has been absolutely amazing. Our house sold for over the asking price and at the first open house... two days on the market! Thank Brett for making the process easy for buying our 1st home, communication was excellent. He also referred us a building and pest inspection company, who did a thorough inspection. Even managed to squeeze in a last minute view of the property to allow my partner's parents to view the home, more importantly the kids loved putting the sold sticker up on the sign!
