I originally scanned the internet for the best company to sell our house. I rang Brett and straight away he listened to my requirements. Brett was a stand out from the others and so i met with him after i gave him a concise dot point description of the key factors of the house. On meeting with Brett he again listened and tailored the advert to our very specific needs to gain the right customer base. When the time came for the photos the engaged photographer was amazing and the photos were of very high quality and the drone footage added the required next level presentation. When the draft for the advert was presented it exceeded our already very high expectations and when posted Brett received 3 emails of interest in the first 2 hrs. Sensational! the house was sold on the first open and achieved one of the highest prices for a property of its type in the area.
