Brett took over a couple of weeks into our campaign for sale as our original agent left the agency - I was worried and nervous as I didn't know him - however, he came on board bringing with him enthusiasm, ideas, positivity and most importantly buyers!!! Very quickly our open homes increased in effectiveness as we had more potential buyers showing up and the offers started coming in immediately. Brett did not try and pressure us into taking any of the early offers which were off the mark but instead worked harder to get us our terms which were right for us, the whole time being informative with the buyers in letting them know where they stood along the way too. Nothing has been too hard for Brett, he has a can do attitude and has made the process easy - so glad fate intervened and we got Brett selling our house for us. Thank you Brett!
