We checked out Belle Property Townsville City because the business had a good presence on the sales and rental platforms in and around our suburb. We were unsure whether to sell the property or continue renting it out, since it had been handed back by to us by DHA. Our first contact with the Agency was very satisfactory. The personnel were each pleasant, informative and helpful. We were involved in every step of the search for suitable tenants, and it took exactly 4 weeks from lease finish to a new lease beginning. Hi guys just a quick update for this review. Since the recent storms in Townsville and surrounding areas the demand for insurance claims etc has peaked . As we are interstate investors the ability to join forces with management and insurance to settle our repairs is a vital part of our recovery. Too date we are progressing very difficult for us to achieve from interstate. Our management team who no doubt have a million things to do still find time to get things done in our interest .
