Communication is very Satisfactory. Quite knowledgeable of the current market. I believe their negotiation skills are commendable. Their professionalism is far above! The screening and choosing the right tenants is done with care and discretion. I am very satisfied with the looking after with the maintenance of my property. My property manager does a marvellous and commendable job. The regular issues of Newsletter gives us the update what is going on.. This is a great idea!

Twice we have been charged for advertising and letting fees when we should not have been charged. this is very disappointing as it takes a month to get our money back. There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. This survey and some questions aren't appropriate for our situation as it refers to, "How many agencies did you seek to appraise your property before you selected us?" we haven't asked for an appraisal of any property. The surveys need to be more appropriate and focus on your cliental. Also, some of the questions for example number 3 and 4 don't have answers that suits my situation, so the survey is incorrect.
