Very friendly and helpful
Brett was very friendly and helpful, always approachable and happy to answer questions (no matter how silly). He did a great job keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process and was happy to work around me when I scheduling conflicts with work etc. He even came to my place of work to drop off the keys and some champagne after settlement as I was working a long shift and couldn't make it to Ray White Office.

Strongly recommended!
After arriving in Townsville looking to purchase a home ASAP, I was viewing a large amount of houses for months. I soon ran into the same realestate agents over and over and Kody Dart was a clear standout from the others. I had no knowledge of Townsville, he went out of his way to help me out and find the perfect house for my situation. Kody is very trustworthy, upfront with excellent communication the entire time. Great Great Great
Right from the "get go" Brett provided sound and solid advise that proved to be extremely accurate.
