Kody was such an easy real estate agent to speak too. Whilst in negotiations with the seller Kody worked way into the evening on a saturday night, he was patient and understanding. We were quite lucky that the house we purchased was staged so beautifully and we fell in love with it on the first open house. Kody was able to answer any questions we had, was very prompt with replying if needed. Kody went above and beyond even after settlement.
