When thinking of selling our property I met with 5 agents. Kody instantly stood out with prior research done, market knowledge and his friendly and personable approach. I knew we'd made a great decision when we saw him personally delivering fliers down our street in scorching weather, prior to our first open home! After such a great start to our campaign, we had the unfortunate experience of having two contracts fall through due to lender finance. Each time, Kody had potential buyers already lined up ready to view our property and kick start the campaign again. Kody went above and beyond performing open homes each weekend and doing many personal inspections for potential buyers instead of making them wait for the next open house. He worked ridiculous hours answering enquiries at all hours of the night, doing after hours viewings, and also communicating with us and answering any questions or concerns I had. Kody was always professional and reliable, and when our contracts fell through he was understanding and helpful, and ready to jump straight back in. Though our experience was not as smooth as we would have hoped, I could not have asked for a friendlier or more helpful agent to help us through it. We highly recommend Kody to any prospective sellers as an extremely passionate, reliable and friendly agent that gets results!

I first met Kody at an open home when I was looking to buy . I mentioned my property that I wanted to sell and he helped me from that day on . He helped me with builders and recommendations for my existing renovations to get ready for selling . He is a very honest down to earth nice bloke .
