Sally was very easy to deal with and accommodating throughout a lengthy and complicated settlement. Returned calls promptly and was happy to open property for multiple viewings. Sally even followed up after settlement to let me know of a security concern with property. We interviewed 3 agents and Brett instantly had my vote. He appeared to know what he was talking about and showed a genuine interest in the property. Brett showed creativity in marketing the property and was receptive to our own ideas on presenting the property. Brett kept us well informed and was very positive throughout the process. He negotiated times for open home and private inspections with consideration for our personal commitments. In saying that you have to be prepared, flexible and committed to selling a home whilst occupying it. Our home sold within weeks and in a poor market we feel the negotiated price was acceptable and in the best interests of our family to move to a new locality with no loose ends. We have bought and sold several homes in various localities. If anything Brett could maybe increase his knowledge on the finer details, those obscure questions that may be asked. I think though that mostly comes with time. We were overall very happy with Brett as an agent and the sale of our property.

I could and cannot rate Sally high enough. Through from the initial inspection of the house through to finalisation of purchase. Her knowledge of the current market and house values of the Kirwan area was honest and valued. We have since moved into the house purchased and was that impressed with Sally that we have now rented out our former house with Ray White West End thanks entirely to Sally's' professionalism and honesty.

When looking for a Real estate agent , i decided to interview several agents in the area , So after interviewing the agents , I decided on Terry , for a few reasons , he came across as very professional , his knowledge for the market in my area was very good , and he did not push in any way , very friendly , Also i liked the way the company made flyers specific to my property.
