Sam takes care of her clients. She’s responsive to calls, pays attention to detail, and follows up well with clients. She gave me detailed printed campaign reports from my 7 Open House events. She gave me practical assistance too. For example, she lent me some furnishings for Open Houses. She dropped off a box of my unneeded tools to her local men’s shed. In the busy process of selling, I so appreciated this practical, hands-on, ‘It’s no trouble’ support. I found her emotionally perceptive and she takes care of both buyers’ and sellers’ feelings.
