Selling a house is widely regarded as one of the most stressful times in your life and coupled with the bereavement, I was frankly dreading it. I was so lucky to have found Larry Finis at Ray White Real Estate West Lakes.. I asked other agents for balance and simply chose Larry for his genuine manner. I appreciate an Estate Agent's knowledge of the market is valuable, but in my little mind, it is very much more dependent on who is around at the time. Anyway, their fees and advertising regime were the same and after the other agent had pursued me to an irritating level with 'better' offers, I knew I had made the right choice.
