I have not one regret for choosing Belle Property Management to manage the tenancy and eventually the sale of my unit in Woodville which was very hard to sell. It always felt like I was talking to a good friend or a caring family member and all my questions and concerns were addressed and answered in the most honest, open and frank manner. If there's something that you don't want to hear they will still tell you but it's for your best interest. It has been very nice dealing with Larry. He was very understanding of our situation and accommodated our requirements and concerns very well. We have found some difficulty at times getting information about another property we were interested in, but we understand that he was most likely following the sellers instructions and working towards the seller’s best interest. Having said that it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Larry and we would be very happy doing business with him again.
