It is my very first time selling a house and I consider myself extremely lucky to have signed the contract with Bells Real Estate (BRE) with Dean Larti being my agent to look after the sale process for me. Prior to making the decision to go with BRE, I have sent emails out to various real estate agents asking for their rate. Dean Larti was the first to response back to me with very comprehensive and professional email and I was very impressed with his email as it showed he has put a lot of time and effort in his first email back to me. I have then made some appointments to meet with a few agents and again Dean Larti is most outstanding in his approach. He presented himself very professional, well spoken and again he has put in lots of effort in our first meeting (by providing me with lots of information about the sale process). I hardly had to ask a question because most of what I want to find out is covered by Dean during our first meeting. It was an easy choice for me to decide to go with Dean and now the house is sold at auction I can't stop talking to my family and friends who great Dean and the team at BRE has been so far...This is my sincere words and I don't normally provide public review but I am very grateful for what Dean and BRE team has done for me. Dean has been a delight to deal with. He keeps his promises and communicate promptly and regularly throughout the 4 weeks campaign. What I like most about Dean & BRE's policy is that they never once put pressure on the owner to indicate their reserve price. That made me feel very comfortable and not being pressured in any way throughout the sale process. I would highly recommend Dean Larti to anyone who has the need to sell or buy property.
