WE had a rather difficult property to sell. Most agents called it "Unique". After investigating most agents in the area we short listed 3 agents. All the agents had a different views to the potential of the property, but Bells won out with their proposed avertising campaign We were very impressed with Tony's proffessionalism thoughout the auction. The introduction to the property was excellant. When the auction was passed in substantially below our reserve we assumed that Tony would try and encourage the highest bidder to offer a little bit more and then suggest that we whatever we might have been offered. But, to our surprise, he spent 20 to 30 minutes in further negotions, finally announcing to us that he had secured a figure over our reserve. Good team Very happy

Tony was professional from the time of my first meeting and beyond. What I liked about him he made me feel comfortable straight away not to serious and a joker which i liked. I liked the way he explained everything to me, was never pushy always put my needs first. Whenever I called to ask questions he would make the time to answer them regardless of his busy schedule. He has been in the business for a very long time and has proven himself and firmly placed his skills and knowledge on the map. If you want excellent results, I would highly recommend Tony and the agency with his sufficent staff .

The entire buying experience was fine and there were no problems. Nothing was too difficult for me, but nothing was above and beyond; It met expectation and neither fell short nor exceeded it.
