Sale of 2 Mitchell Place
As Ben noted, we have come full circle as Ben was involved with purchase of our home in 2010 and now sale in 2021. Ben and his team at the agency has provided advice, support and management to the highest standard. At the start when discussion of sale price took place, we were taken back by the amount he qouted . Getting the maximum price for the sale showed that Ben is very up to date with market value. As we went through the process of house sale, the building inspection discovered areas of house extension which the licensed builder did not go through council approval. Ben with his extensive knowledge and contact in building industry found solutions to the problems. Where work was necessary , he arranged for relevant tradesperson to ratify the problem. Having just come out of a year of rehabilitation with major ill health , my anxiety is lessened through his friendliness and his caring nature helped tremendously. I was secure in the knowledge that he will come good with whatever challenge we will face. I would recommend Ben and his team at the agency for anyone who wishes to buy or sell homes in Narooma.
