I worked with Adam for almost a year, and throughout the whole process he was always there to support me. He was incredibly patient, generous with his advice, and always willing to explain things clearly whenever I needed help. What I appreciated most was that I always felt he was on my side, especially during the more stressful moments. Adam is very friendly, approachable and genuinely honest. He is the kind of person who is straightforward and sincere, with no hidden agenda, which made it very easy for me to trust him. Selling a home can be stressful, but having someone like Adam beside me made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for all the support, advice and patience he gave me over the past year. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an agent they can genuinely trust.

Adam and Kate at BREC sold our home recently in Mount Sheridan. As first time sellers, Adam and the team made the campaign as comfortable as possible which gave us confidence in the process. Even with a tricky situation as the property was tenanted, Adam negotiated terms with both the tenants and the buyer to ensure all parties came to a mutual agreement to ensure a successful sale. The team went above and beyond with marketing the property, and answered any questions we had. With their personal approach and professionalism, I wouldn't use anyone else in Cairns to manage or sell a home 🏡

As a first time selling a property , no knowledge, no trust, it was really difficult to start with. Adam is a neighbor who did several sales in Yorkeys Knob drawing my attention. I started to make an appointment with him and ask some questions. He gave me his honest answers about the local market and the most important was he just sold a unit in Majestic Palm where my property was located with a very competitive price. In about couple of weeks through frequently communicating and understanding , the trust between us was gradually created and his sunny smile , fantastic patience , professional confidence and marketing power won my drive . I wanted to give it a go completely ! Many thanks to Adam’s team work and efficiency. Many thanks for their professionalism. Well done!!
