I have found working with Hayley in renting our house out has been great. She has kept us in the loop with every step and has been really professional in every chat and email I have had with her. We feel at ease and comfortable knowing that Hayley has our best interests at heart with looking after our house which was once our home. Working with DCK as a whole has been great every time I have called I have always been greeted with friendly and helpful people. Our dealings with DCK have overall been positive. Hayley offered advice and walked us through the steps as new landlords, which we appreciated. She communicated both in a timely manner via phone and email which was useful. Hayley has experience and was able to share her knowledge with us. Contacting the agency was sometimes tricky as you'd be put on hold music and then no-one would answer. This can be frustrating (not a direct evaluation about Hayley). Overal, we are satisfied with the level of knowledge and comitmmment shown.

I feel very lucky to have Paige Boston as my property manager. She is accessible, and easy to communicate with, professional, knowledgeable and follows through on all tasks. I appreciate all her communications with myself and with the tenants. It is nice to know that my property manager is up to date with all matters and clearly DCK systems are very efficient.
