Accomodating Agent

Justin text me about a question I had about a property I had seen at an open for inspection. We had decided not to proceed with that property but I asked if he had anything similar. He rang me immediately and said there was a property coming to market that I could have a look at. I booked a time to view it the following day. Then I called back to see if I could actually come straight away as I know how quickly properties are snapped up in Bendigo. He shuffled some things around so I could view the property in the afternoon. After showing me through the property he stepped outside and allowed me to call my husband to discuss the property. I made an offer on the spot. Another person also made an offer after my inspection so Justin kept me updated on the Vendors decisions. The deal was finalised the day.
