My sale was to take place shortly before Christmas, always a time of pressure: Micheal and his staff swung into action, not a moment was wasted, my house was advertised, and the boards were up. it was online and it was receiving a lot of interest. An interested prospective buyer was downsizing from a rural area and contacted Micheal, who most aptly negotiated between the prospective buyer and me, including the inevitiable discussions regarding price. I am deeply grateful to Micheal and his dedicated staff, as their knowledge, particularly his, enabled me to sell my house within a very short time frame. I has originally intended to sell next year, however, it is really marvellous that my house is now sold before Christmas this year, allowing me to seek a new home. I received a good price that I was pleased with, and I think that overall it was fair deal for both parties. Michael also is an honourable and decent person, who tempers his selling ability with a caring and empathetic nature. I am very grateful to him for his efforts on my behalf in selling my home. Michael's knowledge of the market I felt really gives him an edge in his line of business, he has an uncanny knack for seeing what direction to head him when selling for his clients, and his years of experience give him an advantage in getting the best sale for his client.
