Efficient, Thorough and Friendly
The decision to sell through Tanya was a bit of a guess. A good guess it turned out to be. No mucking around, tell it how it is and followed up each action. To top it off she is a delightful personality who shared her sense of humour. Use her again? You betcha!

Excellent experience
We've had an excellent experience selling our studio via Tanya Hatton. Tanya went out of her way accommodating potential buyers, was always available to take our calls or answer our requests. Tanya was quick to follow up with potential buyers, patient but firm with those needing the time to think and clearly understood the market.
