Marie was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process and made the time to show me the property numerous times. Her knowledge of the property and area was excellent and she was always completely pleasant to deal with and answered all of my (many) questions promptly and comprehensively.

Tanya is one of the most professional agents we have come across There wasn’t a question she wasn’t able to answer & has been extremely accommodating even after we have purchased the property. We would highly recommended Tanya to anyone selling their property

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The agent thought of me and gave me the opportunity to purchase my new home. I am incredibly grateful for that thoughtfulness, as it allowed me to buy a home that I absolutely love. Throughout the entire process, the communication was excellent, and I always felt valued. It's rare to find someone who genuinely looks out for your best interests, and this experience exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again for going the extra mile!

The decision to sell through Tanya was a bit of a guess. A good guess it turned out to be. No mucking around, tell it how it is and followed up each action. To top it off she is a delightful personality who shared her sense of humour. Use her again? You betcha!

Tanya was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. She made the whole process a positive experience and pretty much nothing fazed her. Tanya never pressured us to do anything other than make the right choices for ourselves based on complete transparency. We would not hesitate to recommend Tanya to anyone looking at buying or selling a home.
