A great result
I have been with Bergelin's as my rental agency since 1999 and can't speak highly enough of their service. Laura made our new property available for inspection at short notice, due to our ongoing relationship I trusted her through the bidding process to purchase the property prior to auction, from exchange to settlement Laura has been most accommodating. Thank you Laura for the great service.

Honest and great communicator
We had used Bergelin as property managers for many years and were very happy with the service, so when we decided to sell we asked for a selling proposal which we accepted. Throughout the process Laura kept us very well informed and provided great advice along the way. We were happy with the whole process and final price and are very happy to recommend Laura and Bergelin.

What a fantastic experience
We didn’t even have our place on the market but Laura knows us all too well and orchestrated a fantastic deal that all parties were really happy with including negotiating with both parties and their lawyers. She is professional and proactive and available 24/7 as promised. We are very happy with her service and recommend her and the Bergelin family.

Positive and easy experience
I could not be happier with Laura and her team at Bergelin. They made the process feel relaxed, stress free and totally seamless. Selling your family home is hard, especially when you didn’t necessarily have to however the outcome was amazing. They assured us we were making the right decision to sell and looked after us emotionally along the way, leaving no regrets. We got a buyer who will love the home as much as us and at a price we were absolutely thrilled with. Laura is professional but approachable and makes the whole experience fun. I highly recommend Bergelin, you are in great hands. It such a daunting experience for most, especially as we live abroad but we so impressed with how they took on every task and challenge for us making it a breeze and totally stress free. Thank you.

Above and beyond
Laura turned the sale of our unit around in less than a week and for the price we wanted. Even more impressive was she manage to do so in the middle of corona virus. Laura has expensive knowledge of the Manly market which we were able to tap into and leverage during a very uncertain time in the property market. Laura provided updates on a daily basis and made us very at ease with the whole process. Can’t thank Laura enough for her help in selling our unit. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Laura and the team in the future.
