Simon was easy to work with and always happy to work through and adjust the best approach to marketing our property. He is professionally presented and works well with clients and puchasers. Preparation of the property so that it looked its best was a focus for us. Simon respected the process and worked closely with us to enable marketing of the home within a desired timeframe towards obtaining a desirable sale price for us. Display of the home was always coordinated taking into account other homes on display in the area, and scheduled at times when buyers were likely to be available. A friend of ours had also worked with Simon from Berkley Real Estate earlier in the year, they obtained a selling price that they wanted, and recommended his services to us. We can highly recommend Simon to other clients interested in selling their home in the ACT.

Selling our family home of 30 years was a big deal - we wanted an agency/agent that would be honest, transparent and assist us through the whole process - Simon at Berkely RealEstate was exceptional. All the communication was directly with Simon (not assistants) and we had a good understanding of the strategy and what to expect through the whole process. Simon built our trust quickly which made the process less stressful than it might otherwise had been.
