Gary was very helpful all through the purchase process. He organised a property viewing straight away, when we discovered the listing. Once we secured our finance he helped make the purchase happen in a timely manner. As we were organising renovations straight after the purchase, Gary made a couple more visits to the site with us for home inspections so we could start as soon as the property changed hands. Gary also sold a property for us once we moved into the new home. He was always helpful, friendly and professional and we are still in contact with him as he has now become our friend.

After looking for several months up and down the coast, we finally arrived for a long weekend in Bermagui to see what we could find. Gary was able to show us through the house as short notice and we made an offer immediately. Gary was the only agent out of 3 we rang who was working that weekend. Lucky for us! All the negotiations were handled swiftly and Gary was very helpful right up to settlement. Really lovely gesture to find a South Coast cook book and bottle of red wine as a welcome gift from Gary when we moved in.

The original price was set too high in a deteriorating market hence the sale took quite some time.
