Strategic, savvy and a safe pair of hands!
Rebecca came in after my property had been on the market for three months and turned things around with a sale in 3 weeks. She was very clever with how she approached it, using social media and tapping her network of buyers advocates to generate demand. From there, she skillfully worked with interested parties to negotiate the price I was hoping for. What I appreciated most was the mix she brought: she's a clear communicator, professional yet warm and friendly, and genuinely savvy and strategic. She has great attention to detail (especially around contracts and the finers points that can easily slip through), follows up loose ends, and checked in with me regularly. Particularly in those last tense sates. She was calm, gave great direction, but also let me feel like I was leading the way. I feel like I was in really good hands the whole time and that made a huge difference. Rebecca is a standout in a marketplace that's still dominated by men, and I'd happily recommend her to anyone.
