Great Service from an Authentic and Approachable Patrick

Patrick has been very approachable and supportive right from the start, willing to work more than required by an agent. He provided us with timely, full and accurate information, allowing us to make an informed decision at our own pace. He was very professional, genuine and had strong local knowledge of Dandenong and surrounds, equipped with unsurpassed and unbiased, authentic advice - this was refreshing to get from an agent. A confident, we’ll organised agent!

Patrick Emini helped us sell our house in Cranbourne North for over what many thought we could achieve. We were so unorganised with the completion of our renovation but Patrick went the extra mile to help us present the house the way we wanted. He was patient even when we were stressed and at times hard people to deal with, and he was firm and confident when he needed to be. It was a challenging experience but thank God we had Patrick as our agent.

Professional, friendly, reliable and flexible!

Tony recently managed the sale of my house in Hallam where I had been living for 25 years! Prior to engaging Tony I met with other agents as like anyone in this situation, I wanted to feel confident and comfortable with the process and the person managing it. From the outset I felt that Tony ticked all the boxes. He is a very genuine person who gives honest feedback and practical advice and is totally committed to achieving a good outcome. Tony arranged an effective marketing campaign that attracted a lot of people and was very flexible in terms of accommodating inspections for potential buyers who couldn't make the scheduled open for inspections. He kept me in the loop throughout the process and in the negotiation stage and in just over 2 weeks, I had 3 offers and the property was sold!. A great result! I would not hesitate to recommend Tony to anyone who is looking for an experienced agent to manage the sale of their home.
