My only comment relates to collecting the keys to my first home. The keys were simply handed to me- it would have been nice for a bit of congratulatory fanfare. It may be another day in the office for your team, but it was a big deal for me!

Mitchell exceeded our expectations on many occasions by consistently keeping in touch with updates, advising his forward plan and how the sale was progessing . He attended the premises various times to ensure the photos were outstanding, especially outdoors with lighting etc. He always made appointments with us that were convenient for us. His knowledge of the local market is exceptional, and shows a great personality. We would 100% recommend him, and will look to use his services again in the future.

Initial contact with Jim Connors was excellent, felt as though we knew him from way back and he was very down to earth. That being said, when dealing with Mitch, the ground work was already laid and he too, was very easy to deal with The whole experience was extremely pleasant from start to close and beyond, with Jim making periodic calls to see how everything was going If and when we require to purchase/sell another property, we will be using this agent
