Jason and his team were committed and kept the lines of communication open (even when things were quite), this was a seamless experience and have nothing but the utmost highest praise for Jason and his delivered on his word. I engaged Jason earlier in the year to sell what appeared to some buyers, a difficult block of land that other agents had more or less given up on. Jason promised me he would sell the block and he delivered on his promise. A few months later I decided to sell my house, which was adjacent to the block of land; for me there was no question which agent I would use. The house was meant to go to Auction, but Jason managed to sell it prior to the Auction Date and obtain a price I had hoped I would achieve. To make matters worse, this all occurred in the middle of the Covid shutdown. In both sales, I found Jason and his team to be very professional, trustworthy and reliable. Jason is a good negotiator and communicator and helps to take the stress out of selling your property. Jason runs a boutique family business and this shows throughout his team and their interactions with their customers. I would not hesitate using Jason again if I had another property to sell, the "A" Team come highly recommended.
