Dirty house, barely cleaned prior to settlement
Not very impressed with the state the house was left in after tenants left. Found maggots in the kitchen, hair shavings in the vanity, dishwasher smelt like a sewer, and copious amounts of grease and nasty goo in cupboards. The outside was still littered with bottles and cans from tenants throughout the gardens. My issue with my sale experience was the lack of vacate inspection, or if the filth was picked up the bond was not deducted to get the place properly cleaned. To me it seems like the sale meant that standards weren't met as the agency isn't managing the property anymore. After mentioning it I was just told the cleaners had attended and been there for some time. From this experience I will not recommended or use this agency for managing my property in the future. Katherine herself was easy to deal with during the sale process, just a shame the property was handed over in squatter standards.

Professional, confident, friendly and helpful
Katherine has an excellent market knowledge. This includes knowing what is around, the market prices and of what is selling. An indication of the initial market was given, along with updates and possible future trends. Her communication skills were excellent as I was given the information and explanations needed along the way. Various options were able to be explored. I was impressed with the professionalism shown throughout. From the beginning I was impressed when I met Katherine, along with the professional look of the real estate office and helpful staff. I was acting on behalf of a family member to sell the property and live quite a distance away. I found Katherine very helpful especially given the situation, and thank her for this. I would highly recommend Katherine.
