In June 2017 I decided to sell my apartment as part of a plan, with my partner, to buy a house. I immediately turned to Ben to sell my apartment. He gave me lots of good advice on presenting the place and the strategy for selling it. The styled apartment looked fantastic and Ben got a lot of interest at the open houses. We decided to go to auction and at the auction, in Double Bay, in mid-July 2017, there were 8 parties bidding for it. In the end, it sold for more than I anticipated. I was absolutely delighted and Ben made the whole process very comfortable. Ben is a very honourable and honest agent. More than that, he's got an infectious sense of humour, is great fun and gets great results.

He would provide honest feedback after each open day. This was important as it gave us a sense of how the sale was progressing. We also had a detailed and final briefing the night before the auction as to what we can expect rather than being surprised on the day of auction.
