Nisha Property Management

This is my 3rd property Nish has managed now for me and I wouldn’t use anyone else in Newcastle but her. She is very proactive and looks after my homes like they are her own. She will not stop trying until she finds the right Tennant for the right price for your property. Her experience in the industry is second to none and it shows in the way she manages her clients properties. I highly recommend her for all your property managing needs

Nisha Property Management

Nisha kept us informed about potential tenants, which was appreciated. Our rental is a brand new Grannt Flat in our backyard, so crucial that our tenant was a good fit with our family. There were lots of applicants rejected until we found the perfect one. Nisha organised a 6 month lease to make sure we were all a good fit with each other - which tenants appreciated as they're in someone's backyard afterall. In addition, there were advised our Granny Flat was a long term rental but with an initial 6 month tenancy to make sure we're all a good fit and that there'll be a rent increase after the 6 months. Very upfront and all applicants accepted this offer.
