So heres why you would use Bianca above any other agent. 1. Honesty. Says it just as it is. 2. Will up style your house if needed...with furniture etc. No charge. 3. Moving house is busy, she will organise for help to be clean it for the new owners if required. 4. Communication. You always will know where things are at. 5. Questions? Just ring her..shes always happy to chat. We have used Bianca for several property transactions and highly recommend her abilities.

Hard to find anyone better
The only way I can describe having Bianca and Century 21 Wentworth Falls as our agent is-that there is no one better. Total professionalism and Bianca's local knowledge is unsurpassed. Nothing was too much trouble. Constant feedback and they went above and beyond.

Bianca is an excellent agent, well backed up by husband Neil.
Bianca took our house right at the time when prices were falling a little over a year ago and sold it relatively quickly at very close to the price she indicated we would be able to get. She was very well supported in this by her husband, Neil, and nothing was too much for them in achieving the sale.

An agent that stood out from all others
I chose three local agents to interview before I selected the one to sell my house. Bianca easily stood out from the other two with her positive and engaging approach from the very first meeting and all the way through the process to the end. While other agents charged a cheaper commission, the old adage 'you get what you pay for' really applies in Bianca's case. Bianca and her team were outstanding and when out of their way to market and ultimately sell the house at auction one month after advertising online. This was done in record time where Katoomba houses are often on the market for 6 months before they sell. Bianca and team are highly recommended if you want to be sure that every box is ticked and everything is staged and handled professionally from the start to finish. Bianca is the genuine deal and I can't say enough positive things to reinforce this here but you get the idea I am sure.

Great Agent!
Bianca did a great job in selling my land at Wentworth Falls. She was given a difficult task of presenting the vacant land in a falling market that has strict building regulations as a viable option against established houses. Bianca is the most diligent, determined and dedicated Agent one would hope to have acting for you as Vendor, she is available at all times to offer relevant and timely professional advice to procure a sale, and works incredibly hard for her clients.
