From then on everything required was followed through by her with such professionalism and efficiency that it made our lives so much easier. Murray and I have known Bianca for more than 20 years and she conducts herself with such integrity and enthusiasm and she was a joy to work with. Bianca was a fantastic agent and committed to her job 100% and more while my house was on the market. She did everything she could and went beyond and above to reach the goal. I know that every other agent usually would do the same when it comes to sale of property. However, from my experience when I searched for an agent before committing to her, some agents didn't even answer the calls and if they did then I got referred to their assistant. She honestly did everything she could to achieve the goal that she and I talked about. She organised the removal of rubbish within a day and cleaned the house before the final inspection. Bianca was the agent for me. I really appreciated her help.

Bianca is the antithesis of what you expect from a real estate agent. This was our 3rd successful time with her acting as our agent. Impressive? Sure. Then there’s the fact she got us a better price that what we imagined…... Also impressive. Our property had been listed with another agent (for longer than we were comfortable with might I add). When we went to Bianca it sold almost instantly (at the first open house) Also impressive enough. The most impressive part? Bianca reminded us that if we had listed it with her to begin with she would have got us better price…. and knowing that she was right. That’s why if there’s a 4th sale involved we will just let her do her thing.

We have NO hesitation in highly recommending Bianca and Neil and are 100% happy and thankful that we chose her to sell our home. Bianca exudes positive energy and is always up beat, happy and genuinely friendly. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with on every level. She was always on time, fast to respond to everything and nothing was too much trouble. We were also impressed that she was very open and enthusiastic about researching and applying additional marketing techniques that we wanted. Bianca took as much time as potential buyers wanted when viewing our property and always gave us their feedback immediately after inspections. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the Real Estate labyrinth, and has obviously surrounded herself with a professional and committed team. We were blown away by the fact that they provided a full and extremely thorough house cleaning service after we moved out.....what a huge point of difference is that in the service and thoughtfulness that she provides! At the end of it all, Bianca had listed - and achieved - a substantially higher price for our home than quite a few of the other high profile agents had appraised our property at. We would happily go through the entire process with her again!

Bianca is a Lovely knowledge agent ,a true expert in her field. From the first inspection to the final inspection, Bianca has always been punctual and highly professional. Nothing is too much trouble . Also she is a wealth of local knowledge and has great contacts for anything one may require to help purchasing a property .
