An average agent
Mike has been very friendly throughout the settlement process. As a purchaser I did not obtain much useful information from him. Could not communicate with the previous owners/tenants or even the developer for details of utilities through him. Just another agent in the market. I had to do all the agent's work myself.

Juan helped me get a sale price that was higher than I expected
Juan is very knowledgeable and patient. She guided me through my first auction sale and spent a lot of time explaining the process and keeping me informed of the progress.
