Happy with service
Would have liked the property to have sold earlier but that's the rural market and is not the fault of the agent. Last minute negotiations with the buyer were fraught (from my end) but were handled to a successful conclusion.

My experience.
Selling a property is a big decision, one which is fraught with emotions and is a mine field for the unprepared, I had done my research and knew what I wanted in an agent, I also knew what I did not want. I knew I wanted an agent that was going to work with me to get me the best price for my property. Vendors are vulnerable and have to put their trust in a person who they do not know, often relying on word of mouth from others who have used them to sell their prized possession, as we all know real estate agents do not have a good reputation, much like car salesmen and politicians. Having this in mind, when I contacted Tom with the view to engaging him to sell my property I intended to "interview" him. I had prepared a list of questions I was going to ask him. These included, How are you going to get me the best price? Does your office work as a team or does the listing agent "hog" the property? What about marketing? Will you provide me with feedback? Do I have a say in the wording of advertisements and how the property is marketed? Do I have to have open for inspections or can I have inspection by appointment only? I am able to report that Tom answered all of these questions and more without hesitation, he was punctual and he had done his homework as he came prepared with all the relevant local history and property values in the area including recent sales. Overall I am happy with the way my property sale was handled, the level of communication during the process was quite adequate, post sale service was adequate and follow up was adequate. I am reasonably happy that Tom has been transparent in his interactions with me during the sale process and that he has negotiated the best price for me as I had placed my trust in him to act on behalf. I found the whole experience to be quite a painless one as a vendor, I have no issues with the agent or the company he represents.

Friendly and professional
I found Tom to be very helpful and he took the time to answer my questions, both in regards to buying the property and then renting it out. I would recommend Tom if you are looking at buying or renting in Daylesford and surrounding area.

Rae was fantastic
I cannot speak highly enough of Rae. We had such a positive experience with Rae and found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She was very thorough seemed to know the property inside out. We found Rae to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. It was clear that she is a very diligent and hard working agent. Rae was super helpful and responsive and I highly recommend her as an agent.

From our first meeting until the very end I found Tom to be very helpful , commited ,and he showed a true passion and enjoyment for the job that he does very well.. Great agent - seamless process
From the moment we met Rae at our now new property there was a feeling of trust, a feeling that we didn't have to get into hard negotiations. An estate agent who respected both the selling and buying parties and the process they were going through. Although it is in the selling agents best interest to get the best price for her client there was such an honest and transparent procedure with us. After the deal had been done and contract had been signed Rae was still there answering any query I had. To put it simply a delight to deal with. Thanks Rae !

Highly recommended agent
I can't recommend Rae highly enough. Apart from being very professional and knowledgable, she is also a very warm and genuine person. Great local knowledge and happy to work equally for both the buyer (in this case us) and the seller. Obviously in it for a great long-term reputation rather than the short term gain that other agents are sometimes into. She helped us acquire a perfect property and the whole experience was completely positive. A pleasure to deal with!

Very happy with the agent
When I decided to sell my property I obtained three appraisals and recommended price ranges. Two were much the same, Rae Corris valued the property at considerably higher. I would normally be cautious and go middle range but after querying how Rae could substantiate her higher price and hearing the response, I decided to go with her. She did a great job of marketing, took additional photos of the property to show it at it's best and sold it in 3 days. Her after sale service was excellent, keeping me updated and also coming to the house to introduce the new owners. I was particularly impressed by her enthusiasm and ability to assess and market my property to it's best advantage rather than just seeing it as 3/br, 2 bathroom house. Would strongly recommend her.
