This property being out of town, somewhat dated and with acreage had proved hard to sell by other agents. The photographs organised by Michael were of a very high standard whilst not being unrealistic. After some months Michael advised that I lower my expectations re the price. We purchased a property in Daylesford and found Tom to be of much assistance in his actions on behalf of the seller/and ourselves. Tom was very helpful in getting us an inspection at short notice and then providing us with responses to our questions regarding both the property and the local market. When we made an offer he managed the negotiations very effectively and a deal was concluded quickly. Later, when we needed to visit the property to obtain measurements and more information, Tom acted on our behalf when the seller was initially reluctant to make a time available. Tom pointed out to the seller that as we had allowed a lengthy period of settlement to suit her, it had been agreed that we would have access at a time suitable for us, to re-inspect so we could plan for the fitout. An inspection was then facilitated at a mutually agreed time. Tom also provided advice with regard to the letting and fitout of the property. He also introduced us to a neighbour so we could seek further information regarding access to services. This also proved very useful. We would not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone purchasing or selling property in the Daylesford area.

On the sale of our house Michael and his team were amazing. Michael and tom were very helpful, open minded and gave us a lot of advice .They were quick to call us with feedback and to keep us informed on peoples enquiries about our house. The office staff were amazing and very friendly and willing to help us if we phoned or dropped into the office for a chat and would put our minds at ease if we had any questions.
