As a landlord, communication is important especially when I don’t live in the area. I would wait over a week just to get a response to an email. I have recently moved my property to another agent, and have just been informed that the tenants are in arrears and they were allowed to move in without paying the full amount of bond. If you want professionalism, don’t go through Biggin and Scott.
