Good Sale Tough Market Conditions
During the worst interest rate increase period in recent years, Toni and his team of legends did extremely well in adverse market conditions. With 11 rate rises in a row, of which our campaign went through 6 of them, their perseverance throughout this whole time was unwavering. A cancelled auction and many open for inspections they finally managed a descent result in a falling market. Well done to Toni and his team. Keeping me up to date after each inspection and adjusting the marketing campaign based on insights was valuable to have to secure the final sale.

Toni El-Helou has a vast knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and this shows whether you are buying or selling. My dealings with him as a seller and then a buyer have been excellent. Always available and very professional, knows the market, is transparent and honest in his dealings and feedback and works hard to get results. A great communicator and negotiator.
