Excellent service
My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica from Biggin & Scott for our recent purchase of a property in East Kew. Jessica and the team could not have done more for us. From arranging a night time viewing at the property, to organising an onsite meeting with the vendor and even a cheeseboard and wine for one of the viewings. Jessica was always immaculately presented and made herself available to us whenever we required. We could not be happier with Jessica and the team and should we look to sell in the future we will definitely use her and the team.

Professional salesperson who assisted greatly in the sale of our apartment
Jessica Wat Was extremely professional and was always on time for the openings with lots of interest in a happy smile to meet prospective buyers for our apartment. We are very pleased to meet Jessica after each opening to hear as to customer interest and can sincerely recommend her as your sales person Unfortunately the climate did not allow us to get a high value for our property but in the end we were lucky with the sale

Sales team very attentive and positive at all times as to out selling requirements
In our selling climate , this was not easy, but the sales team moved forward adjusting according to the low market conditions and were always open for inspection and follow up. 100% marks to the selling team for their constant attendance to our openings. We ended up with a sale , but was under expectation, due to the climate and not the fault of the Agents

Meeting Jessica at one of our initial property inspections her customer service was excellent.
We meet Jessica at one of the properties Biggin&Scott had open for inspection on day one of our purchasing journey. Explaining to Jessica the property we were inspecting didn’t quite meet our criteria, Jessica was attentive to our criteria and without hesitation arranged a private inspection of apartments she felt met our criteria the same day which resulted in our purchase.

Toni accommodated our requests for private inspections of properties of interest to us, which we truly appreciated. A huge credit to Toni when we asked questions regarding the building complex as a whole he did not hesitate to seek clarification from the Developer and communicated this accordingly.
