Well prepared campaign, well aimed strategy led to a quick sale above the target price
Toni and his staff worked hard to prepare the property for sale which is the main reason it only took 2 days to sell. Toni’s excellent knowledge of the market and industry meant that I could aim my campaign like a arrow; hit the right target in the market at exactly the right time. I was kept informed and updated throughout the whole campaign. Toni even offered support and assistance in my future, he also offered his assistance even in non real estate matters. When you go to multiple inspections every weekend you wind up meeting dozens and dozens of agents, but Toni stands out from the rest.
