Great to work with

Dream Agent in Daylesford... yes they do exits and Michael is one of them
Michael from the outset right through to now has been a wealth of knowledge, support and kindness in my purchasing of my first home in Daylesford. He gave it to me straight, he was flex with my comings & goings and I believe got an outstanding outcome from both myself buying and the vendor selling. Michael is an ex-architect and was extremely helpful in his knowledge and sharing. If you're planning a move to the country - seek him out. He is genuinely a dream to deal with.

Exceptional experience with Tom Shaw selling my house in Hepburn Springs
From start to finish, it was the easiest experience working with Tom, to sell my home. He's incredibly friendly and generous with an incredible knowledge of the area and the housing market in it, and generally. He kept me up to date every step of the way and all processes were super simple. Considering, this all happened during Covid-19 restrictions, I am super impressed he made it happen with a wonderful result. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to any home buyer or purchaser. Very easy to deal with, followed up all lines of enquirey diligently
Tom was the perfect agent for our sale being enthusiastic about selling not only our home but a business as well, from the first meeting with him he made us feel like we had something special and unique and he was up to giving it his all. We had other agents evaluate our property and they all left us feeling cold and negative, they gave the impression that it was to hard and over there ability, and that they were to old to make the commitment. 10 Yelland Road Newlyn
I was asked by my ageing mother to help sell her property so she could move into a retirement village . We had a few realestate agents come out but Michael was the only one who took the time to sit with mum and explain how the whole process would work. We found Michael to have a wide knowledge of the area and it’s property values . He was very realistic in his appraisal and pointed out what we could do to improve the possible sale of the property. Overall the experience was very smooth and we would certainly recommend and use Michael again.

I very impressed throughout the sales process
I was recommended to Biggin & Scott by my daughter, who sold her house through them & I was similarly impressed with the professionalism, care & consideration shown to me, as she was, by all the staff. I had Michael looking after the sale of my little cottage and I found my ideas were taken into consideration at all times by him and he kept me updated regularly re the progress of the sale. Plus Michael was available to be contacted at any time, & even when I had to leave a message, he would get straight back to me. Despite the timing of my sale being during the pandemic crisis, and the sale price being lower than expected, a purchaser was found for my little cottage, and I am very thankful to Biggin & Scott, but particularly Michael, for achieving that for me.
