Sale of 80/82 East Street Daylesford
Michael was particularly helpful in preparing and undertaking the sale of the property at 80/82 East Street Daylesford as before he became involved in real estate he was a practicing architect. this skill mix was invaluable as the house on the property is an 1860 s cottage with a modern extension at the back. the respectful treatment of the old cottage and the sympathetic design of the extension were both elements of the marketing that were important to the vendor (me) and Michael really got that. Michael was excellent in dealing with me and with the potential purchasers, and clearly was surrounded by helpful B&S staff.
