Kylie was the best agent I could possibly have had. She lined up numerous buyers with the end result that five serious buyers were bidding for my property on auction day. The sale price of the property was significantly higher than I had anticipated. Kylie maintained detailed and very regular communication with me throughout all stages leading up to the sale of the property and her manner was consistently respectful and friendly. No one else has been able to achieve such good sale prices and this is the 3rd property Kylie has sold for us in the past 8 months. Kylie literally worked a miracle for us, but she deserves it because she was so professional and worked tirelessly for us. Kylie is a top tier agent and from my experience with her I cannot see how anyone could have done a better job of selling my property. I decided to use Kylie based on the professionalism she demonstrated at our first meeting and it was a decision that I felt more comfortable with the longer we worked together. My property was very tired and in need of a complete renovation, Kylie sourced an excellent company to complete this work and project managed the job ensuring it was on time and finished to an excellent standard. The flat was completely transformed by the renovation and gave it the best chance to achieve the ball park result I was hoping for. Once the renovation was complete Kylie ran a great campaign and kept me updated after every open, so that I knew exactly how we were tracking. Her knowledge of the market and read of the process enabled her to switch the sale method and achieved an outstanding result.
