Right from the outset, Kylie proved to be an excellent agent. Extensive local knowledge enabled her to provide the perfect sales strategy for our two bedroom apartment, with all the connections required to have the property looking stunning for prospective buyers. She provided a tradesman for some minor maintenance, prior to having staging furniture supplied, making the property look amazing. Given the tough market conditions faced during successive interest rate rises, we knew we would potentially face difficulty in getting the best sale price possible, but Kylie was relentless in her efforts to keep up communication with all interested parties, and this is where her talents shine; she is exceptional at providing regular updates and her enthusiasm means she is always a pleasure to deal with.
