Originally Simon suggested we go to auction, but with a lot of public interest he was able to negotiate a very good sale prior. Nothing was too difficult for Simon, even offering to organise the last minute fix ups that sometimes occur. Simon was always professional and has a great understanding of the realestate industry. His communication was excellent and this kept us in the loop through the entire process.

Working with Simon to sell our property was a highly rewarding experience. As we were selling from interstate and, therefore, were not familiar with Real Estate agents in Melbourne, we interviewed several agents prior to selecting Simon to sell our property. The decision to choose him as our preferred agent was based on his honest and genuine character, as well as his extensive experience selling properties in the Maribyrnong area. This decision was one that we did not regret. Although we we were not local, Simon consistently engaged us while we were preparing the property for market and during the sale campaign. He also provided valuable advice during these periods which maximised our return on sale. As a result of Simon's hard work during the lead up to Auction, we had a particularly high attendance rate during all of the open homes. This led to several offers which, as a result of Simon's experience and negotiation skills, translated to a sale prior to auction. The price that Simon managed to negotiate for our property was far in excess of our expectations.
