Since Anna has been managing my rental property I have been happy - Anna gets 5 stars. I had maybe 4-5 property managers prior to Anna over a period of 2 years and had a very inconsistent experience. It is very important for a business / organisation to maintain service standards throughout times of transition. So 5 stars for Anna, 4 stars overall for B&S who are lucky to have Anna!
