I had to re-rent my property during the COVID 19 lockdown. Jenn Durling and Hannah Robinson were very efficient in advertising, providing advice and seeking a new tenant for me during a difficult time. Reference checks were thorough and the entry condition report in partiuclar was very comprehensive with many photo's. The end result was a loss of rent for under 2 weeks. I have used Biggin and Scott several times over the years and in all cases found them to be efficient and obtained very good tenants. Definitely recommended.
